How to apply the scholarship?


Step - 1:
Click “New Applicant” Button for Applying Scholarship

Step - 2:
Fill in the application and attach all the documents and submit.
Note: Before apply, Prepare all necessary documents below as photo format.

  • Bonafide Certificate
  • Community Certificate
  • Fees Receipt
  • Aadhar Card
  • Bank Passbook (Post office account not acceptable)
  • Parish Family Card
  • Marksheet
Step - 3:
After submitting the application, the application document will generate, you can download and Print the application.

Step - 4:
Students must get the signature and seal from your parish priest, also from your parents in the application printout.

Step - 5:
After getting the signature from parish priest and parents, students must upload the printout by following the steps:

  • Click the button "Already Filled Applicant",
  • You can enter your application number and mobile number, for login,
  • Click the "Upload the parish priest signed application" button and upload the printout.
  • Click Submit button.
Note:
If students missed taking printout or download the document, Click the button Already Filled Applicant, you can enter your application number and mobile number, now you can download the application by using the button “Download Application” in this page.

 Conditions:-

Last date of application submission on before 30th Nov 2025
  1. Choose correct Parish name.
  2. Already applied using adhaar and mobile numbers not eligible.
  3. If Bonafide not available upload Fees receipt more than 5000 only.
  4. Marksheet PG 1st year – UG last semester Marksheet, UG 1st year 12th Marksheet.
  5. Use “O”(alphabet “O”) before Bank A/c No. (if a/c no. begins with “0”zero).
  6. Nationalised bank a/c no. only accepted (Post office Account not acceptable).
  7. No rectification or correction for this special period.

கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்க இறுதி நாள் 30.11.2025
  1. சரியான பங்கு பெயரைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.
  2. ஏற்கனவே பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஆதார் மற்றும் மொபைல் எண்ணைப் பயன்படுத்தி விண்ணப்பிக்க அனுமதி இல்லை.
  3. போனோபைட் சான்றிதழ் இல்லையென்றால் ரூ .5000க்கு மேல் செலுத்தியக் கல்லூரி கட்டண சான்றிதழை பதிவுசெய்யவும்.
  4. முதுகலைப்பயிலும் (PG)மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் இளங்கலையின் இறுதி பருவத்தேர்வு (UG last Sem) மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழ் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவேண்டும். மற்றும் இளங்கலைப்பயிலும்( UG)மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பின் மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழ் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவேண்டும்.
  5. வங்கி கணக்கு எண் "0"(பூஜ்யம் )த்தில் தொடங்குமாயின் "O " என்ற எழுத்தை பயன்படுத்தவும்.
  6. தேசியமயமாக்கப்பட்ட வங்கி கணக்கு எண் மட்டுமே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும் (அஞ்சல் அலுவலக கணக்கு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது).
  7. விண்ணப்பத்தில் இருக்கும் தகவல்கள் தவறாக இருப்பின் திருத்தங்கள் அல்லது மாற்றங்கள் செய்ய இயலாது.

 REASONS FOR APPLICATION REJECTION

உதவித் தொகைக்காக விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை (தவறினால் விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்)

அரசு ஊழியர்களின் பிள்ளைகள், பெரும் தொழிலதிபர்களின் பிள்ளைகள், பெரும் விவசாயிகளின் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு இவ்விண்ணப்பம் இல்லை.

இறுதிப்பதிவேற்றும் விண்ணப்பத்தில் விடுபட்ட தகவல்களை (name, date, community name, mobile number,etc) கையால் எழுதி பின்னர் பங்குத்தந்தையின் கையொப்பம் பெற்று நீல நிற பட்டனைப் பயன்படுத்தி பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவும். அப்பொழுது தான் விண்ணப்பம் செய்வது முழுமை அடையும்.

  1. Multiple applications for one person.
  2. If Aadhar Number is not for the Student. (Parents, Guardians or someone else strictly not accepted)
  3. For school students no need to submit Income certificate, Bank details and photo of front page.
  4. Incomplete application.
  5. Passport Size photo only accepted.(No Selfie)
  6. If not Clear photo copy of uploading documents.
  7. Failed to submit relevant documents will be rejected.
  8. If the Document is not valid.(uploading documents should be like to take print)
  9. Before submission check all your particulars are filled correctly. Wait 3 to 4 mins to generate your application after submission (takes some time to create application).
  10. If download is not successful, Whatsapp or Dial helpline numbers (91 9487400150) your Parish name and student name to get your application or Application Number. Don't try to apply again and again, first application only acceptable for further process.
  11. Final Step: Once applied --> download (PDF) application --> and write missing details --> get signature from Parish Priest --> then upload (Using Blue Button –Already filed Application) to FINISH online application for scholarship.
  1. ஒருவரே பல முறை விண்ணப்பித்திருந்தால் முதலில் பதிவு செய்தது மட்டுமே ஏற்கப்படும். மீண்டும் மீண்டும் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டாம்.
  2. மாணவரது ஆதார் அல்லாத பிறரது ஆதார் எண் உள்ள விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.(பெற்றோர், காப்பாளர் ஆதார் எண் பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது.
  3. பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு வருமானச்சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் வங்கிக்கணக்கு புத்தகம் இந்த ஆண்டு மட்டும் வேண்டாம்.
  4. முதலாம் ஆண்டு கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் தங்களின் கல்லூரி விண்ணப்பப்படிவ நகலினை அக்கல்லூாயிில் படிப்பதற்கான ஆவணமாக பதிவேற்றவும்.
  5. பாதி தகவல் நிரப்பிய விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.
  6. மாணவர் புகைப்படம் செல்பி புகைப்படம் வேண்டாம். பாஸ்போர்ட் புகைப்படம் மட்டும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவும்.
  7. அனைத்து ஆவணங்களும் தெளிவான புகைப்படமாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும். (இந்த அறிவிப்புக்குப்பின்னர்)
  8. தொடர்புடைய ஆவணங்கள் தெளிவாக இல்லை அல்லது சம்பந்தமில்லாதது எனில் விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்ப்படும்.
  9. இறுதியாக ஒப்படைப்பு செய்யும் முன்னர் அனைத்து விவரங்களையும் சரிபார்க்கவும். (ஒரு தாளில் தேவையான தகவல்களை எழுதி வைத்து பின்னர் பதிவு செய்யத் தொடங்குவது நல்லது)
  10. தங்களால் விண்ணப்பத்தை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய இயலவில்லை எனில் உதவி எண்களை (+91 9487400150) அழைக்கவும்.
